Description:Eduard Kettner 12 gauge sn36399 O/U - QUALITY GERMAN, HAND ENGRAVED
This is a very interesting German made over/under with quality workmanship and unique features at a bargain price. Near full coverage engraving, superb wood to metal fit, deep rich barrel blue, trunion style hinge pins, and a really useful trigger system unlike any we have seen since the early Browning Superposed, come together to make a really great, strong shotgun. The gun comes with double triggers, but with a twist; the front trigger pulled once fires the lower barrel, pulled again fires the upper barrel like any Single Trigger O/U. BUT, you can select which barrel you want to shoot first by using the front trigger for the bottom barrel, and then the rear trigger for the top barrel, just like a classic two trigger double shotgun. Instant selection without fumbling with a switch. I LIKE THAT! Balanced superbly 1/8" ahead of the hinge area and weighing just 7 1/2lbs., it is a very nice handling shotgun for upland game or sporting clays. A bargain in today's market place of high priced, often clunky feeling over/unders.
